  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose between:
    • Refund to your original payment method, or
    • Exchange for another item, or
    • Store credit for future purchases
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will only be issued if the item meets all return conditions.

Important Notes

  • Items that are worn, used, or not in original packaging will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
